About Prospect Heating

Prospect Heating was founded in 2024 by the current director Lee Grinyer, the company works on commercial heating systems throughout London and the home counties and specialises in the descale of Hamworthy Modumax heat exchangers.  Lee has over 25 years of experience in this industry which started by completing a service and maintenance apprenticeship with Haden Maintenance where he also gained a finalist place in the H&V news apprentice of the year award in 1997.

Over the past 25  years Lee has worked on a range of boilers and burners and within plant rooms of many commercial properties including schools, energy centres, office blocks and hotels.

Lee has experience of leading small works teams, planned and preventative maintenance, boiler installations, complete boiler room refurbishment, fault finding and emergency breakdowns ensuring the adhesion to manufacturer specifications.

Lee's, drive, work ethic and experience means that he is now able to fulfil his ambition of running his own commercial heating company.
